What you provide

The rental request form collects your name, email, phone number, project location, service, rental duration, project message, and consent to be contacted. You may also provide an industry and preferred start date. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your project description.

How the inquiry is used

Swift Waters uses the information to review the requested equipment, discuss availability and access, respond to questions, and prepare a quote. Sending the form does not reserve equipment or establish a rental agreement.

Service providers

The website’s server forwards accepted requests to the shared Glide inquiry workflow used to handle rental leads. Website hosting and request processing may involve service providers necessary to deliver this service. Information in an inquiry may be shared with the people handling the request and its logistics.

Technical information

Hosting systems may process technical request information needed to serve pages and protect the form from abuse. The form uses a short-lived server-side submission limit. The website does not require an advertising tracker or an account to browse the rental pages.

Spam and abuse prevention

The rental form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to help identify automated submissions. When you submit the form, reCAPTCHA processes technical signals about your browser, device, and interaction with the site for security and abuse prevention. It sets a necessary cookie called _GRECAPTCHA for its risk analysis. The server verifies the result before forwarding an accepted inquiry to Glide; the reCAPTCHA token is not included in your rental inquiry.

Online verification requires JavaScript and access to reCAPTCHA. If verification is unavailable or your request cannot be verified, call 888 385-5513 for rental assistance, available 24/7.

To discuss your inquiry information, request a correction, or ask for deletion, call 888 385-5513. The team may need information to identify the request and may retain records needed for an existing quote, rental, or applicable recordkeeping obligation.
